Read a large section of "The Occurence at Owl Creek Bridge." Looked up vocabulary definitions. Talked about predictions. (1 hour)
Health and Life Skills: Learned how to make a roast. Talked food safety. Importance of washing hands before touching the meat and after to prevent contaminating other food and work surfaces.
